I want to express our thanks to your organization for the wonderful bus tours we took from Paihia on the 9th and 10th of last month.

The tour to the Cape Reinga was very illuminating and this was due in no small way to our tour guide/ driver, Wallace who informed and entertained us. He was courteous, helpful and cheerful his knowledge of the area and its history made the tour the success it was. The hour trip around Russell although brief was also interesting and enjoyable, again made so by your young lady tour guide. Your organization is most fortunate to have this quality of staff working for you, our relatives from the UK were most impressed.
